The purpose of HIFC is to establish a rigid environment in which we all
can live together peacefully, by understanding each other better through
communication between Japanese and foreigners living in the same community,
and by enhancing generosity of each other despite the language or nationality
boundaries.
We, HIFC, sincerely hope to provide you a place where every brand-new culture
